Description: None of the amphiboles analysed in Sipilä meets the defining criteria for tschermakite CƩ(Al+Fe3++2Ti)> 1.5apfu and AƩ(Na+K+2Ca)<0.5 apfu as listed in the 2012 amphibole nomenclature. See magnesio-hornblende and pargasite for analyses.
