Informal "siltstone of Cliff Point" (Wells, 1989). Age: late Eocene (calcareous nannofossil CP 15b Zone of Okada and Bukry (1980) and benthic foraminiferal Refugian Stage (Goedert and Squires, 1990); temporal equivalent to the lower part of Lincoln Creek Formation.
