Brøgger (1898) described farrisite (a finegrained dark lamprophyre) found as a 50 cm wide vein exposed in a railway cutting along the railway Kjose-Åklungen at 178.8 km from Oslo.
The coordinates are approximate, needs to be confirmed.
Note: Brøgger (1898) described a melilite-like mineral (Natronmelilith) as a rockforming mineral in the farrisite. Györy (1968) showed it to be a mixture of analcime and plagioclase.
