From the river which crosses the clinopyroxenite mass in the ultramafic rock body of the Kurosegawa belt, Kumamoto prefecture, Japan.
Coordinates are for "found in a small stream crossing the clinopyroxenite mass in the Taneyama serpentine unit on the northeast side of Hikawa Dam, Haraigawa, Misato machi, Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan."
