A former small surface and underground Cu-Zn-Ag-Pb-Au-Mo mine. Operated 1901-1960.

Mineralization is a skarn deposit with ore in irregular lenses hosted in the Concha Limestone and the Horquilla Limestone. Ore control was faults, fractures, and favorable silicated limestone. Ore concentration was permeable fracture zones. Alteration includes silicification.

Local structures include thrust and noraml faulting - fracture zones; homoclinal. Regional trends include tilting and broad open folds in the south and extensive faulting in the north.
