A very old silver and cobalt mine, which also produced bismuth and lead ores. It was started around 1552 and worked intermittently until 1849. In 1821, it was amalgamated with the König David Mine, which lay just north of it.
The mine worked on the following veins:
- Eisernes Schaf Spat (Eisernschäfer Spat)
- Gründonnerstager Spat (workings on this vein were included with the Eisernes Schaf Mine in 1787)
- Hülfe Gottes Flacher
- Markus Röhling Morgengang
- Ritter St Georg Morgengang (Gott hilft gewiss Morgengang)
- Seigerer Flacher
- Unverhofft Glück Flacher
Some decent fluorite specimens came out of this mine during the early 1990s.
