Mineral collector from Nuremberg, born 1982 in New Orleans. I collect since August 2003, when a friend took me to an esoterics shop
and I bought my first agate. After a short trip in tumbled stones I soon became fond of real crystals. And I specialized fast into sulfides.
Since then I systematically collect crystallized sulphides and sulfosalts. Especially lead- and antimony-bearing.
Stibnite is favorite mineral, next popular are galena, sphalerite, pyrrhotite. Schalenblende is also favorite.
Besides the sulfurics I collect oxides and hydroxides, especially Sb oxides and primary metal oxides.
Marginal in my collection are silicates such as smoky quartz, okenite and garnets.

A rather large part of my photos show fluorites from the former Christian Hartmann Collection.
