A former surface and underground Cu-Au-Ag mine located in the N½ sec. 22, T.11N., R.2E. (Cleator 7.5 minute topo map). Produced 1942. Claims extend into the N½S½N½ of sec. 22.

Mineralization is a lens-shaped ore body hosted in the Lower Unit of the Spud Mountain Volcanics. Ore control was stratigraphy.
