Sec 20 T34N R32E. Main gold producer in district.
Deposit: Quartz veins occur in granodiorite intruded into triassic or jurassic hornfels and phyllites. Gold occurs As pods in quartz veins 1-3 ft wide..workings are along a series of NW shears. Mineralization in quartz veins consists of pyrite, minor copper, gold, silver development of the mine is limited to a few shallow pits, lateral workings, and a few shafts, 25 to 70 ft deep. Gold ore mined between 1915 and 1916, treated in a five-stamp mill. Property was worked intermittently between 1929 & 1936 then was taken over by the jungo gold star mines co that recovered gold and silver between 1937 & 1939.
