Reported as "Mineral Z". Occurs as irregular masses, up to 0.05 x 0.08 mm, intergrown with "Mineral U" ('UM1969-07-S:AgSbTe'). Chemically similar to "Mineral Y" ('UM1969-10-S:AgTe'), cervelleite, and 'UM2003-17-S:AgTe'.
Found (together with 'UM1969-07-S:AgSbTe', 'UM1969-08-S:AgSbTe', and 'UM1969-10-S:AgTe') at depths 260-360 m within quartz veins and quartz-calcite veins containing galena, chalcopyrite, sphalerite and rare pyrite and Ag-bearing tetrahedrite, at the Zyranov deposit.
Found (together with 'UM1969-07-S:AgSbTe', 'UM1969-08-S:AgSbTe', and 'UM1969-10-S:AgTe') at depths 260-360 m within quartz veins and quartz-calcite veins containing galena, chalcopyrite, sphalerite and rare pyrite and Ag-bearing tetrahedrite, at the Zyranov deposit.
