A former Cu-Ag-Au mine located in sec. 31, T29N, R12W, MDM, 8.1 km (5.0 miles) SE of Forest Glen, at Bee Tree Flat along the Trinity River (just downstream from river mile 63), on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in slate and quartzite. The ore body is a 4 foot (1.22 meters) wide sulphide vein along a slate-quartzite contact. Local rocks include Jurassic marine rocks, unit 1 (Western Sierra Nevada and Western Klamath Mountains).
Workings include unspecified underground openings.
