A former surface and underground Ag-Au-Cu-Pb mine located in the NW¼ sec. 3, T.12N., R.2E. (Mayer 7.5 minute topo map).
Mineralization is a vein deposit. Ore control was stratigraphy and igneous activity. Ore concentration was oxidation at near surface. Alteration included chloritization and sericitization.
Area structures include massive sulphide lenses parallel to stratigraphic units. Foliation and transposed bedding in metavolcanic rocks trends E-W.
