One of the historical mines founded in the Middle Ages belonging to the Mückenberg district. Mining took place here sporadically until 1920.
Mineralogically, this area is not of great importance. District
it has been abandoned for a very long time, the underground almost inaccessible
and mineral finds were possible only on the mine heap.
It was mostly just supergene mineralization.
Findings of malachite, brochantite, azurite,
chalcophyllite (Škovíra et. al. 2004) and agardite (Sejkora
etc. al. 2007)
