A Cu-Au-Ba-Fe-Mn mine located in the SE¼, sec. 12, T7N, R18W. Owned at times, or in part, by Goldzona Scotchman Mining Co.; King; Allison; and the Mohigan Copper Co.

Mineralization is spotty lenses and streaks of leached and oxidized copper minerals, with local chalcocite enrichment, in fissure veins in metamorphosed Mesozoic schist and limestone cut by diorite porphyry dikes. Mineralization also includes barite, quartz, calcite, hematite and manganese oxides in gangue.

Workings include shaft operations. This mine was worked mainly from 1915 through 1918, producing some 50 or more tons of ore averaging about 11% Cu and 0.09 oz. Au/T.
