The shafts and level shown on the 1887 Ordnance Survey Map (see the attached photo) on the eastern side of the valley have all been lost to woodland and the farmyard. However on crossing the footbridge over the river an extensive bank of crushed sand lines the western riverbank downstream (north). A ruined building stands just upstream of the end of the bridge. A narrow footpath then follows the bank upstream to an extensive tip. At the upstream end of the tip a flooded level extends into the western hillside. Location visited in September 2019.
