Located half way between the old Lennonville townsite and the southern border of the goldfield. The mine produced a total in the first decade of the 20th century of 334 tonnes at 427 oz. The first actual report found was 1902. In 1906 it was a 12 acres lease employing four men. The main shaft was down to 200 feet, with a crosscut at the bottom 30 feet north and 40 feet south. The reef faulted at the northern end. A Brooklyn West lease was found in 1903 owned by T. Daniel with a small crushing reported. The Brooklyn South (GML 605), and Brooklyn South Blocks lease (GML 647) were reported forfeited in 1903. Modern geology exploration found a resource strong enough to develop a small open pit in recent decades.
