A Cu-Pb occurrence/prospect with surface and underground workings located in sec. 32, T13S, R12E, on National Park land.
Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in arkose and plutonic igneous rock. The ore zone is 1 meter wide, strikes N15-20E and dips 40-45W. Quartz stringers lace the hanging wall for 2 meters above the vein zone. Cu silicate occurs on fractures and disseminated malachite is moderately abundant. Pyrite is scarce. Ore control was a dike-wallrock contact.
Workings include 4 pits, stopes(?), and tunnels.
