A former F-fluorspar-Cu-Pb occurrence/claim/mine located on the S side of Cub Creek, approximately 1¾ miles SW of Evergreen, Colorado.
Mineralization is a vein deposit. The vein can be traced for over ¼ of a mile and ends in a mass of quartz on one end, and is covered by surface material at the other. Fluorite is abundant, and the major constituent of the vein. It is related to the vein at the Augusta Mine, off of Highway 73, which was mined for fluorite to be used as flux for the smelters in Black Hawk. The Augusta Mine vein also contained metallic sulfide minerals of copper, lead and zinc, and from minerals collected so far, it appears the Bull Hill vein contains the same.
