I collected this specimen during an underground visit to Birchtree mine. The engineer told me there was a vug on 27 Level, so we went there during lunch time. The scooptram operator lifted me up and I pulled this piece out of the vug. Nothing else of interest in the pocket!

Engineer Gold Mine, Tagish Lake, Atlin Mining Division, British Columbia, CanadaDimensions: 117 mm x 105 mm x 85 mm
Stibarsen

GM7-361Fluorapatite Ca5(PO4)3F , Calcite CaCO3
Canoe Lake roadcut, Bedford Township, Frontenac County, Ontario, CanadaDimensions: 92 mm x 80 mm x 48 mm
Largest Crystal Size: 83 mm
Fluorapatite, Calcite
Purchased as part of a larger specimen at the Rochester Mineralogical Symposium in 1990. I broke the large piece into three specimens and this was the nicest. The crystal is repaired although not where it might appear repaired in the photos. The break is naturally healed and that is calcite in the crack!
