A Cu-Ag occurrence located in sec. 17, T15N, R10E, SBM, 5.0 km (3.1 miles) WNW of Halloran Springs and NE of Cree Camp. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
Mineralization is hosted in andesite and granite. The ore body strikes NW and dips vertical at a thickness of 15.24 meters. Controls for ore emplacement included a shear zone. The shear zone is in andesite porphyry and is 20 to 50 feet thick. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
Workings include surface openings with an overall depth of 9.14 meters. They are shallow (no deeper than 30 feet).
