A former Au-Ag-Cu-Pb-Zn-Sb-Bi mine located 0.52 mile SSE of Columbia Mountain. LOCATED BETWEEN THE MOHAWK CLAIMS AND THE LAGUNA GROUP CLAIMS.
MAIN ORE SHOOT WAS OPENED UP IN 1905 BY RED TOP MINING CO. CONTROLLING INTEREST WAS BOUGHT BY WINGFIELD AND ASSOCS. IN 1906, IN FORMING GOLDFIELD CONSOLIDATED MINES CO.
Mineralization is SEVERAL CLOSELY SPACED PARALLEL MINERALIZED ZONES BOUNDED BY GOUGE ZONES. PAY SHOOT IS IRREGULAR IN SHAPE.
CONSOLIDATED RED TOP LEASE PRODUCED $150,000 WORTH OF ORE (PERIOD VALUES) 1904-1908.
