Early Proterozoic carbonatite complex, is the largest alkaline plutonic occurrence in the Limpopo Province and it is located halfway between Makhado and Giyani.
A phosphate deposit covering an area of about 2km² occurs on the farm Schiel 54 LT. The reserve has been prospected by Foskor and is estimated at about 36Mt.
Coordinates are for the farm Schiel 54 LT, the main eastern part of this complex outcrops on this farm.
