The North Kudi pluton intruded into the Sangzhutage Group in the South Kunlun terrane, which consists of quartz-monzonite and K-feldspar granite. Quartz-monzonite samples are mainly distributed in the northern part of the pluton, whereas the K-feldspar granite primarily occurs in the southern part of the pluton.
