Deposit: Gypsum is white, fluffy, soft, porous with very minor iron oxide stains on weathered surfaces, and relatively pure on fresh surface. Overlying gypsum deposits are slightly fossiliferous, prominent, limestone/dolomite beds with chert/calcite nodules. Drainages in vicinity consist of beautiful puddingstone rock, (building stone quality?).
Development: Extensively prospected in 1955-1957, but no activity at time of examination in 1983.
