Old lead mine.
And extensive series of pits, shafts and open works on an east-west strike of about 500m in length. On the east are two capped shafts amongst a number of grassed over pits. The site extends west beyond the public footpath where there are a number of capped shafts and deeper open workings with a few very small tips that are not as yet grassed over. Oct, 2020.
