Massif du Bekolosy, district d'Ambanja, Région Diana, Madagascar
An alluvial deposit (5-8 km wide) at the foot of Mount Bekolosy, on the western part of Manongarivo, located about 40 km SSW of the town of Ambanja.
It was investigated for traces of pyrochlores in the beginning of the 1960s.
Traces of molybdenite are reported from Bekolosy granite (Donnot 1963).
The coordinates are for the summit of Mount Bekolosy.
