A former underground Mn-Ag mine located on 10 contiguous unpatented claims in sec. 36, T2N, R15E, about ½ mile NW of Ramboz Peak, about 1½ miles SSW of Crash-up Mountain and 10 road miles N of Globe, on National Forest land. Discovered in 1905 by T.J. Watts family. Closed in 1954. Owned by the T.J. Watts family (1961). Operated by Mr. Otto Malone (1954).
Mineralization is an irregular ore body hosted in Apache Group rocks (quartzite). The ore zone is 121.92 meters long 7.62 meters wide, strikes N30E and dips 70SE. The claims are traversed by several manganiferous fault fissures cutting diabase.
Workings are 22.86 meters ong and 6.1 meters deep.
