A former surface and underground Fluorspar mine located in the SE¼NE¼NW¼ sec. 10, T7S, R32E, adjacent to the Fourth of July Mine, on BLM-administered land. Owned by Mr. Forrest Sanders of New Mexico (1975).
Mineralization is a vein deposit of breccia fill in a shear zone. The ore body is tabular at 168 meters long, 21 meters wide and 1.2 meters thick, striking S57E and dipping 70N.
