A former limestone deposit/quarry located in the SE¼ sec. 8, T4S, R7W, SBM, about 7.8 km SW of Corona (center), along Tin Mine Canyon, on National Forest land. Owned & operated by the Pacific Clay Products, Inc., Elsinore, California (1981). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.
Local rocks include Jurassic marine rocks, unit 4 (Peninsular Ranges and Western Transverse Ranges).
