A former Cu mine located in sec. 2, T10S, R18E, MDM, 3.0 km (9,900 feet) SSE of Daulton, E of Daulton Creek. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters. The S extension of the Daulton Mine.
Mineralization is hosted in diabase. The ore body is lenticular in form and the vein matter is meta-diabase. An associated rock is diorite. Local rocks include Jurassic marine rocks, unit 1 (Western Sierra Nevada and Western Klamath Mountains) and/or Eocene nonmarine rocks, unit 1 (Northern and Central California).
Workings include surface and underground openings comprised of cuts and shallow shafts.
