A former limestone deposit/quarry located in the SW¼ sec. 36, T15S, R9E, SBM, 2.2 km (1.4 miles) SE of Carrizo Mountain (coordinates of record), 8.8 km (5.4 miles) NNW of Coyote Wells, along the N side of Painted Gorged. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.
Local rocks include pre-Cenozoic granitic and metamorphic rocks undivided.
