A former Cr mine located in sec. 36 (assumed spot center Sec. 36), T23N, R4E, MDM, 2.0 km (6,500 feet) W of Pulga, on National Forest land. Discovered in 1917 by G. C. Rohrer and J. Mccrosky. Operated by G. C. Rohrer and Jess Mccrosky. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.
The ore body is lenticular. Local rocks include ultramafic rocks, chiefly Mesozoic, unit 2 (Western Sierra Nevada and Klamath Mountains).
Workings include surface openings comprised of an open cut (1917).
