A former Cr mine located in sec. 1, T22N, R4E, MDM (located near line between SE¼NE¼ and NE¼NE¼ sec. 1), 2.7 km (8,800 feet) SW of Pulga and SW of Bachelor Point. Operated by F. H. Stewart and L. R. Stokes. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.
Local rocks include ultramafic rocks, chiefly Mesozoic, unit 2 (Western Sierra Nevada and Klamath Mountains).
Workings include underground openings comprised of a shaft, 75 feet deep with some short drifts at the bottom. Workings are now flooded.
