A Cu occurrence located in secs. 19 & 20, T16N, R6W, MDM, 5.9 km (3.6 miles) WSW of Cooks Mountain, along the South Fork Mill Creek, on National Forest land. Operated by C. L. Beard, et al. (1908). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters.
Mineralization is a Cu vein deposit hosted in serpentinite. Local rocks include ultramafic rocks, chiefly Mesozoic, unit 3 (Coast Ranges and Western Klamath Mountains).
