Molybdenite mineralization associated with a small granodiorite stock intruding strongly sheared metasedimentary Paleozoic rocks (North end of Kootenay Arc).
Molybdenite is frequent along the margins of veins in a quartz stockwork.
The vein stockwork is best developped in and around the margins of the granodiorite intrusion and its dyke-like microfractured apophyses.
The silification is intense.
