Structure: Folds, Faults
Alteration: Silicification
Deposit: Rocks are cut by numerous quartz veins and veinlets. Cinnabar crystals up to 0.5 cm occur in the veins and fractures. A large quartz vein, about 0.5 m wide, has diffuse boundaries and abundant cinnabar crystals disseminated throughout the vein. The 30-ft adit explores silicified limestone cut by numerous quartz veinlets. No visible cinnabar was noted in the ad-it. 250-ft-long adit driven across strike of steeply-dipping thin-bedded chert. Owned by ralph holt in 1944. 4 claims developed also by 2 shafts and 6 trenches. ; info.src : 1 pub lit; 2 unpub rept
