Structure: South Part Of Mcdermitt Caldera, A Volcanogenic Subsidence Feature About 40 Km In Diameter NW Fault With Steep Ne Dip. Possible Ene Fault
Alteration: Silicic And Argillic Alteration, As Well As Potassic According To Rytuba And Conrad (1979)
Tectonics: Mobile Belt
Deposit: Most radioactivity rock is in nw-trending pods up to 9m thick or along nw-trending shears dipping steeply east. Uraniferous rock does not appear to have much depth extension and may be confined mostly to a shallowly-dipping tabular zone As at the rock creek occurrence just to the northeast. May be hydro authigenic or hydrothermal.
Deposit type: Volcanogenic U
Geology: Some pumice fragments are crystal-rich. A small volume of thin-bedded, fine-grained, sedimentary rocks are in fault contact with the rhyolite. Similar rocks overlie the rhyolite to the se, but are poorly exposed
