Limousin
The Monts de Blond, are the foothills of the Massif Central on the northwest side – the first area exceeding an elevation of over 400 meters from the Atlantic side. It straddles the departments of Charente and Haute-Vienne. It is a small territory, about 15 km from east to west and 6 km north to south. It is around 30 km northwest of Limoges.
The massif rises to 514 meters in two points, Les Marcoux and Les Chapus.
