A Cu occurrence/prospect with underground workings located in sec. 28, T14S, R12E.
Mineralization is ore which strikes N25W and has a vertical dip. It is hosted in arkose. Alteration includes quartz-sericite-pyrite. An associated rock unit is quartz monzonite.
Argillic alteration along shear zones which seem to go in diverse directions; the main shear zone goes through the shaft at the tunnel portal. Much limonite exists on fractures and some Cu silicate. Fine-grained and probably has quartz-sericite alteration but it is uncertain. The shaft 50 meters W of the main shaft has shear surfaces which strike N30W, and dip vertical to moderately to the E.
Workings include a tunnel with a shaft at its portal; a second shaft exists 15 meters to its west; and, a 3rd shaft 50 meters to the west.
