A copper mine. Atico Mining has reported a landslide in the vicinity of its dewatering plant at its El Roble copper mine in Colombia. The landslide occurred on April 1,2022, and caused minor equipment damage but no injuries. The mine will be able to make up lost production time throughout the rest of the year. The company projected to produce 15 million to 16.5 million pounds of copper, and between 12,500 and 14,000 gold ounces in 2022.
