A magnesite occurrence/prospect/mine located in sec. 13, T14N, R11W, G&SRM, N of US highway 93, between the Grayback Mountains to the E and the Poachie Range to the W, on Bureau of Land Management administered land. Owned by W. L. Holland, E. Lowrey, C. Mills, and B. Place, Arizona (1963). Owned & operated by the Pace Mining Company, Arizona (1963). The USGS MRDS database accuracy for this locality is not stated.

Local rocks include Late to middle Miocene basaltic rocks.
