Staré Ransko (German Alt Ransko) is a village, part of the town Krucemburk in the district Havlíčkův Brod. It is located about 2 km southwest of Krucemburk.

Staré Ransko is also the name of a cadastral area with an area of ​​14.38 km².

The Ransko gabbro–peridotite massif in Eastern Bohemia is a strongly differentiated intrusive complex of Lower Cambrian age.
