Crystal System:
Monoclinic
New structure type; the first mineral species to bear the divalent Mo2O5 oxycation (dimolybdenyl; similar species is liangjunite). Also the first natural molybdenum sulfite to date.

Compare bouškaite - yet another molybdenyl sulfate mineral.
