I cannot imagine why anyone would stitch together a photo that is 95% fingers and background! At least they are clean fingers.

We as well have 100-MP photos of awful quality from chinese smartphones.
Probably such photos have to be downscaled on upload, I will think about how to implement that and not damage true 100MP+ photo (stitched or from high grade cameras).

There are quite a number of modern phones that have a 200mpx sensor, including the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and S24 Ultra
