The Carnotite crystals are on the matrix at the edges of the sample. My posted sample from here has both phases and looks similar to this one.

As far as I have seen Weeksite occurs as radiating blades and the single crystals from the Anderson Mine, such as yours, are Carnotite. It appears that the Carnotite-Weeksite co-existing samples have darker orange coloured Carnotite and the Carnotite without Weeksite is lighter yellow in colour. That observation is just from viewing photographs.
