Graphic Mine, Magdalena Mining District, Socorro County, New Mexico, USA

I am the caretaker for the Graphic-Waldo Mine properties near Magdalena, New Mexico and would like to remind

people that the Graphic-Nitt-Waldo Mine Complex is PRIVATE PROPERTY with many hazards in the area. I

regularly patrol the area to enforce the policy of NO TRESPASSING. If you are found to be in violation you face

the prospect of Criminal Trespass, and if you cut any fence to gain access you will be prosecuted for Criminal Damage

to Property.

It should be noted that this photo was taken with a telephoto lens from Kelly Rd., a public road leading to the Kelly Mine and the Magdalena Mountains. At no time did the photographer ever cross any property lines or cut any fences to get this photo!
