Comments:Until now, this mineral was listed without description. All analysed "zakharovite" specimens turned out to be the unnamed Fe-analogue of zakharovite.

However, Blaß et al. (2021, p. 26-27) have no photos but state: this mineral has now been identified by EDX and PXRD. The mineral has been found as very thin, yellowish-brown, tabular crystals.

Associated with tuperssuatsiaite, aegirine, natrolite, microcline, villiaumite, fluorite, ellingsenite, fluorapatite and (rarely) galena.
