Quartz vein-type gold deposit.
A series of gold orebodies named Nos. 202, 16, 303 and 845 extend from 1500 m to 70 m in elevation. The No. 202 vein group is the largest ore veins at the Jinqu Au deposit, which is 3 km long from east to west of the deposit along a NW direction, 0.10–0.46 m thick, and dips to the north with angles of 10–40°. Ore grade varies from 1.26 to 34.23 g/t.
