A former antimony and barite mine near the head of the Middle Fork of Deer Creek. Mineralization is a a 3 to 5 foot thick quartz vein and a separate barite vein hosted in argillite and dolomite. Workings include 2 crosscut adits and a shaft. It produced some ore in 1937, 1960, and after 1968. Supposedly two carloads of barite were shipped from the mine in 1916 to a Montana smelter thinking that it was cerussite.
