Two galleries near Var river, near road N 102 embankment and Amen path, at the foot of a white sandstone cliff.

Mineralization located in basal Trias conglomeratic sandstones, near upper continental Permian.

"Before reaching the agglomeration [of Guillaumes] on the D202 [currently the D2202] along the Gorges de Daluis, one crosses the Pont des Roberts bridge, near which there are old workings with bornite, chalcopyrite, covellite, native copper, gypsum, limonite, marcasite, pyrite, and quartz." [Belot, 1978]
